The Avision FB2280E Bookedge scanner is a flatbed scanner with Bookedge scanning. A4, USB2. Ideal for books, magazines, office documents, photos. Scan within 2mm of a book's spine without shadows or curvature. The Avision FB2280E is optimised for fast scanning of office documents, books and magazines. It's capable of scanning within 2mm of a book's spine without the shadows, distortion & page skewing encountered with conventional scanners.

The Bookedge design is also easier on the books and thanks to its exceptional speed and image quality, the FB2280E is also a great way to scan artwork, drawings or office documents. In addition, the FB2280E scanner comes with the convenient feature of multiple image cropping. With this feature, various sizes of documents such as photos, ID Cards, or business cards can be placed on the flatbed and the scanner is able to crop and output separate images for each original document in one single scan.

The FB2280E can be daisy chained with most other Avision ADF scanners (e.g. an AV176U, AV188, AV280) and be treated as one scanner by the scanning software. No need to switch from one scanner to the other.
